First-Time Consignors
- When: Thursdays and Fridays, 12–4 PM

- How it works: Once checked-in, N'Used staff will create your consignor account.
- What to bring:
- Max of your best 10 in-season clothing items and accessories per visit (no shoes nor costume jewelry). Items must be on hangers, freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and in excellent, like-new condition. Ensure they are free of pet fur, smoke, mothball odors, or any allergens.
PLEASE NOTE...WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SLOTS ON THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING EARLY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.
Drop N’ Go
ONLY AVAILABLE TO EXISTING CONSIGNORS WITH ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS. Limited to 20 items, clean, wrinkle free, odor free, on hangers and ready to wear.
Established Consignors: Two options
Option 1: Drop N’ Go (Save Time!)
- When: Wednesdays, 12–4 PM & Saturdays, 11–4 PM
- How it works: Drop off your items and we’ll handle the rest! Any unaccepted items will be donated on your behalf.
- What to bring: Max of your best 20 in season clothing items and accessories per visit (no shoes nor costume jewelry).
Items must be on hangers, freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and in excellent, like-new condition. Ensure they are free of pet fur, smoke, mothball odors, or any allergens. Items are processed in order that they are received and will not be inspected upon drop n’ go. Hangers are not returned; feel free to visit our free hanger basket located at the front of the shop and help us further embrace sustainability.
Option 2: In-Person Inspections (items returned)
- When: Thursdays and Fridays, PROCESSING HOURS 12–4 PM
- What to bring: Max of your best 10 in-season clothing items and accessories per visit (no shoes nor costume jewelry).
Items must be on hangers, freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and in excellent, like-new condition. Ensure they are free of pet fur, smoke, mothball odors, or any allergens. We will process each consignment on a rolling basis. *Note: you may be asked to wait if numerous consignors show at the same time.

Things to consider...
Choose Your Account Type:
PAY IT FORWARD (PIF): Unsold items are donated with no additional fee. Feel great knowing you’re giving back to the community!
RETURN TO CONSIGNOR (RTC): Unsold items are returned to you at the end of the consignment term. A $19.99 annual fee applies.
~ We pride ourselves on our curation skills. Customer preferences guide our selections. We accept items based on the condition, style, brand, season, and the current store capacity. We do not accept anything with fading, stains, tears, pulls, missing, or broken components.
~ We follow industry standards by pricing items at ⅓ of retail value. Prices are adjusted accordingly depending on resale value, condition, and current demand. When an item sells, the consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price (60% for luxury bags).
~ If you’ve sold something, stop by anytime to pick up a check ($10 minimum payout). If you prefer to shop with your earnings, we will reward you with 10% additional credit!
